taker batt out of phone ,put it back in hold down number 2+5 or ‘C’ button then insert usb cable in to phone and then in the software click the unlock button whist holding button(s)
sit back watch it take a few moments
take bat out try diff sim replace batt and switch on!
if step 3 fails just remove batt and put it back in sometimes it cant connect properly to phone -should look like its off for it to work properly but in the aerix panel youll see it has found the phone on the left panel once you’ve connected usb cable and held the buttons down at least till it connects then watch it unlock in secs!
tested on a w910 A2 based phoen and works a treat on any sim network!
